I cannot recommend Josh Clark enough as a trainer! No matter where you are in your growth as an athlete and a person, he is ready to take you to the next level. Josh will be 100% honest with you and knows if you are doing your exercises to your best potential, so be sure you are ready to commit to his program and your workouts. Josh understands the body better than anyone and continues to study and learn daily which makes him even more impressive the longer you work with him. When I listened to Josh and was willing to give a good effort, I saw progress beyond my wildest expectations and lifted weights heavier than I thought possible.
